5.25.12
Nolan started waving.
5.27.12
Nolan began and mastered eating Cheerios.
It’s a boy!
The morning of the ultrasound Mike and I talked about our gender predictions. We both thought it would be a girl because most of the first children in his family are girls, I’ve been craving lots of fruit and because the Chinese gender test said so.
However, I did have 2 dreams that…
5.26.11 - The day I found out Nolan’s sex.
Via Who Dat BabyI have to eat my oatmeal cream pies in a different room, or I’ll get harassed by a parrot.
“Did you just grab my ass?”
He picked this up while we were on vacation….
My baby isn’t such a little baby anymore, but bacon is still bacon.

Nolan:
Pepper says, “That’s not my ass.”
Edit: We started reading a book to Nolan called, “That’s Not My Monster.” Pepper started saying that. Then Pepper started saying, “that’s not my monster, hairy eyebrows” - a line from the book. Then one day it sounded like Pepper said, “that’s not my monster, hairy ass,” which later became “that’s not my ass.” We didn’t teach him to say any of it, he picks up sentences he likes and creates his own sayings.
I’m so excited to find out Dolly’s Imagination Library has been started in my town!!! It wasn’t available when Nolan was born. If you want free books mailed to your child monthly, see if the program is available in your area.
